Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed or embroidered pieces).

  • Final sale items or clearance/promotional items marked as non-returnable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at chubbscrubz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for the return, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

  2. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization along with instructions and/or a pre-paid shipping label (if applicable).

 

Shipping Returns

  • If you’re outside our free return shipping zone, return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or our error.

  • Use a trackable shipping service—we're not responsible for lost returns.

 

Inspections & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to confirm it meets all eligibility criteria.

  • For approved returns, we will issue a refund (minus any original shipping charges) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship out the replacement item once we’ve confirmed availability. Additional charges may apply for price differences or shipping.

Gift Returns

 

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

  • If it was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We'll arrange for a return and cover any applicable shipping costs.

 

Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at chubbscrubz@gmail.com, and we’ll issue a full refund if the order is still pending.
